I hare received Interest from a Canadian Bank Account, how do I enter it in my US Income tax? I will never receive a 1099-INT for it. Should I enter manually as 1099-INT?

Yes, enter it as if you got a 1099-INT, even though you didn't. All you have to enter is the payer's name and the amount of interest. But if you received the interest in Canadian dollars, you have to convert the amount to U.S. dollars. All amounts that you enter in your U.S. tax return must be in U.S. dollars.
