Question

I have 2 1099-div statements from 1 institution and the software is only uploading 1. please advise.

Sometimes the automatic imports fails for one reason or another. Do you have a copy of the one that won't upload?

 

If so, do a Search(upper right) for 1099-div and click on the jump-to link (Mac users must look for it in the Topics List). NOTE: just type 1099-div and hit Enter - ignore all the suggested Search terms.

 

Here, with a little effort, you can convince TurboTax to let you enter the 1099-DIV by hand.
