I have 2 businesses registered in FL with the same address (online oriented sales & consultancy services). I need to file DR-405 for each, correct? How?

Yes, you need to file a return for each (actually you generally need to file a return for each location within the county).

However, you should contact your county property appraiser's office (link below) since you should have account numbers assigned to your businesses. Further, some counties have modified the standard DR-405 and even allow (or require) that the form be completed and submitted online.
