I have 2 W2's from the same employer

I have 2 W2's from the same employer, they are the same, but box 17,19, and 20 are diffrent. Do I add two w-2's or what else could I do since the locality name are diffrent?

Ok ... confirm this with the employer ... but most likely the second form is for the overflow of state/locality information that did not fit on the first form (very common). In the TT program you will enter only one W-2 form but add the additional info from the second form on the same data entry screen.
