I have 2021 turbo tax deluxe but can't use on my computer. how do I use it online?

What is the problem? Does your computer not meet the system requirements? The license code cannot be used to pay for the online software.

The problem is with Turbo Tax and support lines.
i downloaded software beginning of year. . It downloaded and then said my system software would not support. When I tried to put it on a different computer it said I couldn't as It was already installed on my other computer. When I called customer service they said they could not do anything or refund money. They said I could use online but did not say that i would have to pay again online. Anyway, I just tried to download again after I wrote this on the original computer and it worked fine and said I could download onto up to 5 computers. Weird and frustrating . Thanks for the reply.

@tadonch Glad to hear you got it working. We have seen some instances of new/poorly coached customer support staff who did not understand the rules for allowing downloads to multiple computers and have asked that they receive better information so that users of desktop software do not get hassled over needing their download again.
