I have a 1099 int form for 20 dollars. I'm trying g to figure out how to add it to my 2022 return

Enter the interest on Form 1099-INT under Wages and Income

Scroll down to Investments and Savings and click on Show More

Click Start or Revisit under Interest on 1099-INT

Click on Add Investments
You can either import it directly from your bank or broker or enter it manually. It is very short.

To enter manually, click the Enter a Different Way button

On the OK, let's start with one investment type screen select Interest 1099-INT and click Continue

Select Type it in myself
