I have a 1099-int with no state tax withheld but a state ID and it won't let me move on. How do I fix this?

Turbo Tax just won't let me leave the page, gives me a connection error.

If you don't have any state tax withheld in box 17, you don't need to report the state ID in box 16. Leave box 15 and 16 empty.
