I have a 1099 misc that I filed. I made under $600 but the employer sent me the 1099 should I have not filed it? I filed a differed 1099k for uber that I made 600+

You are required to include all income from all sources on your tax return regardless of how small the amount. A payer is not required to issue a 1099-MISC if you make less than $600 but you are still required to report the income even if you didn't receive a 1099-MISC.
