I have a alimomy income from the railroad from my former husband I am confused of where to add these figures?

I still don't know where to put this.

there seems to be a problem with my question. I have a

1099R from the Railroad retirement and it posts on the front

that it is not required for my 2019 Taxes.

Claim # MA535-48-2036 Box 4 3250.32

Box 6 supplement annuity 121.08

Box 7 total gross paid 3371.40

Box 9 federal income tax with held 25.00

Where do I enter it????????????????
