I have a code. I have downloaded 2021 5 times and there is no where for me to start my file. Where the ***** is it??

If I pay for it. Receive a code. Why do they keep asking me to buy it again?

    If you're using TurboTax CD/Download and have installed and activated the license number, you may receive multiple activation prompts, which results in TurboTax not launching. This Turbo Tax FAQ will provide assistance.
