I have a email to get half off my fee and it hasn't added the discount, how can i get the discount

If your discount is not showing up in your shopping cart, please clear cache & cookies & try again.

You will need to contact Turbo Tax directly.  Normally, discounts are provided by third party companies and have to be accessed directly through their site.  Please see below on how to contact Turbo Tax:
