I have a nanny as a household employee do I put the taxes I paid for this employee under estimated tax payments as well as under household employee?

No they are not estimated payments on your tax return. Estimated payments are made quarterly to cover self employment or issues where paycheck withholding is too low for income received.

When you complete the Nanny and household employee tax section in TurboTax, you are asked to enter the amount of tax you withheld from your employee. If you then paid those taxes in to the IRS by sending in an estimated tax payment under your social security number, you would enter that as an estimated tax paid in TurboTax.

First how did you file the nanny expenses ?    Did you file the Sch H on the 1040 tax return ?    Or did you file separate  payroll tax returns quarterly and issue a W-2 ?

No, you will only enter them under household employee, the estimated tax payment section is for payments you made for your personal tax liability that are not entered elsewhere.  If you enter them in both sections, you would get double credit for the payments.
