What do you mean by "basic package?"     Are you referring to the desktop software "Basic Edition" (CD/download)?

And are you now using Online Premier (web version) instead of desktop software?       What exactly did you pay for originally?

Actually you appear to be using "Live Premier" which is an upgraded version of Premier that has live help from a CPA/EA tax expert, who will also review your return prior to filing.

Live Premier is 169.99 for Federal and 44.99 for state.

actually you are in Live Premier.  The Live expert help feature has a much higher cost.  And in Deluxe and above State is a separate $44.99.
