Question

I have already purchased a Turbo tax plan for my tax 2018 online(I postponed to Oct), can I still download the software to work on my tax return off-line? Thanks!

You mean you would prefer to use desktop software instead of the online software you  paid for?  You will need the help of customer support to make that change and push a download of the desktop software to you.
