Question

I have an ACA plan for me and my sons. My wife has a plan through her workplace. I entered the 1095-A info for my ACA plan. Do I have to enter insurance for my wife also?

Yes, you will need to indicate that your wife had insurance as well on the return, otherwise, you could be assessed a penalty for her not having health insurance. Turbo Tax will walk you through how to report everyone's health insurance.
