Question

I have an email from id notify. In that email is a link to login to id notify to view a report. The link lands me on turbotax. I can't figure out how to log in.

Using the IDnotify benefit has been a recurring problem for some users in the forum. Have you tried phoning IDNotify? At the first link that DoninGA gave above, go to the IDNotify login page. Way down at the bottom of that screen is a tiny "Contact Us" link that will lead to their customer phone number.
