Question

I have an old mac and it doesn't support macOS 13 - I am not able to use my turbotax Premier software without upgrading to macOS 13 - is there a workaround to this?

I don't want to buy a new laptop to be able to this software. Is there a way to redeem my Premier license on turbotax website. I really hope someone from turbotax answers this since they are impossible to reach. If I don't hear from them I am considering never using them again.

Sorry---if you cannot upgrade your Mac's OS to meet the system requirements for the desktop download then your remedy is to use online software.    You cannot pay for online using the license code.  Seek a refund for the download software and pay the current fees for online if you want to use TurboTax.
