Are you referring to TurboTax Live's chat feature? See "If you minimize or lose your chat conversation, select Live help to reopen your chat window and continue."

 

If you are referring to posts on this forum, this is not a Live chat function.

 

Instead, the Community is a forum or bulletin board where users (and some TurboTax employees) post questions and get answers. There is no one to one conversation in this forum; instead, people will answer as they see the question and have something to contribute.
