Question

I have both a w-2 and I am self employed. I only want to use turbo tax to help me with my w-2.

Are you not going to report your self-employment income?

You have to report all your income on the same tax return.  That includes filling out a Schedule C for your self employment income.  Did you get a schedule C from your accountant or somewhere else?  You still have to enter it into your 1040 return on Turbo Tax.
