How do I enable wife to do our taxes?

So sorry for your health issues.   All you need to to to "enable" your spouse to prepare the tax return is give her the account and user ID you have been using to prepare your tax returns.  She can be the one at the keyboard entering the information.   She will just have to remember that when the software asks if "you" had something----the software does not know who is at the keyboard.  The software only knows whose name is listed first on the tax return and will use "you" for that person.   Do not change the order of the names on the tax return.  Keep it the same.

If you are using the TurboTax online editions all she needs is your User ID and Password to continue the return that you started.  Or you can clear the return and start over, but the account remains so the User ID and Password are still valid.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2023online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
