Question

I have completed both federal and state. Turbo Tax keeps returning a transmission error. There are no updates to install. Why won't this transmit.

Windows 11 is up to date, security programs are up to date.

    I am encountering the same issue as well. I tried to submit the Federal by itself, and it worked. However, I am still experiencing the error for the state with a 'FAILED_VALIDATION' error. Spent over an hour with customer support yesterday and they could not resolve the issue.

    At least it isn't just me but it isn't encouraging that support couldn't help.
