Solved

I have discovered that I cannot take the tax credits on my 1095 because I had low cost insurance available through my employer. How do I amend my tax return?

When you enter the 1095-A into TurboTax, enter zero for the amounts in column B.

TurboTax may will flag it as an error, but that will report it as not eligible for the Premium Tax Credit.

To be clear, How do I adjust the 1095 to reflect I cannot take the credits.

You cannot adjust a 1095A as it is a reporting document.  If you received this and it shows that you received premium tax credits you must report it accordingly on your return.  You just enter in the information from the 1095A into TurboTax and let it calculate accordingly.  As long as you answered all of the questions accurately in the Healthcare section of TurboTax you should not need to Amend your return.

Is there a question in the Healthcare section of TurboTax that asks if I had the low cost insurance available through my employer? If so, where is it? I would assume that if I answer yes it would remove the credits from the 1095.
