I have filed 2024 Turbo tax through my Windows Turbo tax app. How to map my turbo tax windows app with my online turbo tax account?

I have used 2024 Turbo Tax delux Windows application. Online Turbo tax keep on sending 2024 is pending and it is not sync. Not showing any information that I have filed 2024 already? Is there any Sync between desktop to online?

No, you cannot sync desktop software with your online account. When you use desktop software your tax returns are stored on your own hard drive. Only returns prepared using online software are stored on your online account.

Are you getting messages from Online to finish or file 2024? Just ignore those. Has your 2024 return been Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

For the Desktop program you have to check the filing status inside the program. Open your return and go up to menu item

File > Electronic Filing > Check Electronic Filing Status

Then save your return with the status. Go to File-Save.
