I have filed my return for his year. Can I now use the platform to plan for next year if I have additional income?

I want to explore going on Social Security and what rate would be taxed.

Since you have already filed, you can go through the estimated tax payments sections in TurboTax to project information for next year.  You can go through these steps as many times as you want to see how different income levels will affect you in 2019.
