I have hundreds of W2-Gs,but the casino gives me a report that nets the winnings against losses. Do I have to enter all of the w2_G forms?

You can combine them into one entry. However, if you have W2-G forms from multiple casinos, I would only combine them by each casino. That way you can still match them to the Casino's EIN.
