Last year, I registered an LLC and I have told that LLC needs to pay an annual tax while I file tax, however, I have no income last year which means I don't need to file tax. What should I do about that?

If you are a single-member LLC who opts to file a Schedule C, you are not required to file.

Thank you!

How about annual tax? LLC needs to pay $800 annual tax per year, how do I pay for that?

Yes.  Generally, LLC are subject to annual tax with or without income as long as LLC is active. Depending on the state of incorporation,  LLC is exempted to an annual tax during the first year of operation or taxable year was 15 days or less.
