You can, but not online. Only the current tax year (2022) can be filed online now.

You'll need to purchase the Desktop (CD/Download) of TurboTax 2021, then download and install on your computer. Prior-year returns must also be filed by mail. If applicable, don't forget your state return. I'm linking you below to the TurboTax webpage where you can make your purchase.
