I have not received my return yet from 2018 and am hesitant to file my taxes with this product again. I’ve used turbo tax for 6 years and would like to continue to do that but am hesitant because

Also, you need to keep in mind that TurboTax allows you to prepare and file your tax return but we have no control over your refund after the return is filed. If you do not receive your refund in a timely manner, you can contact us and we may be able to suggest steps you can take to rectify the situation.
