I have not received my w2 and calls to their accounting office have not helped.
I have been calling their accounting department for the past several months with no response. Is there any recommendations for what to do in this situation?

If you have not been able to reach the payroll department or company that issues the W2 for your employer, I suggest you create an account on the IRS.gov website using ID.me. Once you have access, you can locate your wage statement for 2023 via this account, you then use this form to file your tax return.
