Solved

I have only used Turbo Tax past 2-3 years. Before that we used a CPA. The CPA never filed our 2014 taxes, and we can’t find her. I got a letter from IRS. What can I do?

You can go to a local tax professional who will prepare a 2014 tax return for you, and deal with your IRS letter. Go as soon as possible, so that the tax professional has time to prepare a response to the IRS before the deadline in the letter.

if you do prepare yourself, use a tracking service when mailing.  hopefully you didn't give your 2014  tax data to the CPA  and thus no longer have the data to fill out the '14 return.  if this is the case, I would most definitely seek the assistance of a professional   .

Unfortunately, software for 2014 has been retired so you cannot use TurboTax to prepare a 2014 return.  And it is too late to receive a tax refund for 2014.  If you owe tax due for 2014 then the IRS still wants you to pay.  You could get the forms from the IRS and prepare them by hand and mail them in.
