Question

I have opened and signed in to deluxe and can’t find where I can enter my new passkey? Please, any help appreciated

I’m getting an error message when clicking on the passkey option under the “confirm your account by email, text, phone call. I’m guessing that clicking this is to confirm the passkey entered elsewhere

Review the article below to see if that helps with your passkey.   It is in the Quickbooks forum, but it is referencing Intuit passkeys which will work for TurboTax or Quickbooks.
