There is no place to enter anything about stimulus checks on a 2023 tax return. There is no federal stimulus for 2023.

If you had unemployment benefits in 2022, they go on a 2022 tax return----and unemployment is taxable income, so you need to get a handle on whether you received unemployment in 2022. Check your own bank records to see if the state was sending unemployment to you in 2022. Or check the unemployment website that you would have been using to certify for unemployment benefits to see what it shows for you.
