Question

I have overpaid for your services. I paid to efile and got rejected. I have chosen to file by mail and would like the amount I paid to efile put back on my card.

You are posting from online software. You were not charged an extra fee to e-file.  The online fee is for using the software to prepare your tax return.  It is the same whether you e-file or put the return in an envelope and mail it.
