I HAVE PURCHASED A DISC AND CREATED AN ACCOUNT. NOW, HOW DO I GET A DOWNLOAD? DON'T SUGGEST THAT I USE MY DISC.

If you mean your purchased the TurboTax software and have an installation disk that came in the box that you purchased, then you don't need a download of the TurboTax federal tax preparation software, because it is on the disk your have.

 

You may need to do a download for your state tax program or if you need to upgrade the version of TurboTax that you purchased. In that case, you will be prompted to do so while working in the program.

I used the disc and it appeared to load. No further direction were given as to what to do next. What do I do now?
