I have received two W-2s from the same employer, control number, dept, etc. They are both nearly identical. One is listed as Page 1, the other Page 2.
Each W-2 has box 12 D, W, and DD amounts but the first page has larger dollar amounts while the second page has smaller dollar amounts.
Also, the second W-2 has boxes 15--17 blank (States tax information)
