I have recieved my 2016 download, however I need a copy of the disc. How can I obtain one ?

The disc is a useless piece of plastic that only contains the first version of the program and is only good for an initial installation of the program. All updates must be done online and often so access to the download is the superior method of getting the program.

Well the disc does have both the Windows and Mac programs on it. Just thought of that.

That is really the only plus about the CD ..... however .... If the user is an Advantage member then they get both downloads automatically. If they are not and change comp types they can always get the other installation by simply calling.

If you are a turbotax advantage subscription member, you should receive a disk in the mail. Contact customer support if not.

If you bought the download separate from a subscription, it does not normally come with a CD so I don't know if customer support will issue one. But you can put the downloaded installer file (exe for PC and dmg for Mac) on a flash drive, or burn it to your own CD, if you want backup copies. Also, the download remains in your account and can be downloaded as many times as needed, and is supported for at least 3-4 years.
