Question

I have ripped my state check at the bottom. There are 3 numbers missing from it so I can't cash it anywhere.Do I need to make an appointment with the IRS to replace it?

    For your state check, you would have to contact your state department of revenue. You can likely find their website online by doing a search on your web browser.
