I have tax exempt interest dividends from Vanguard. The TT form asks for States it came from and dollar amount. Every state is listed with tiny % for each. Help?

Do I have to calculate for every single state and list all 50 states?

No, you should list your state and then lump all the rest together. The bottom option is all other states. Just scroll to the bottom of the dropdown.
