I have the 2022 Home & Business turbotax program. Where can i get to the irs forms in the program. Someone yesterday showed me how, but I can't find back now.?

You are posting from the Online Self Employed version not your Desktop Home & Business program. To get a Schedule C you can switch to Forms, click Forms in the upper right (left for Mac).  Why do you need blank ones?  You fill them out in the program and Turbo Tax fills out Schedule C.

Do you need to prepare 1099NEC and 1096?  There are 2 different ways depending if you are on Windows or Mac.
