I have the CD version of the 2017 TurboTax program and need to know how to import my 2017 TurboTax info after I had begun to already enter this years data?

If you have already begun to prepare your 2017 return it is too late to transfer your 2016 data, unless you are willing to start all over. You have to do that data transfer at the very beginning of the process.
