I have the corretc EIN numbers..but it keep rehected it went e-file

Be sure the name of the employer, etc. is also correct.

If the IRS is rejecting the EIN# of the company then check with that company to see if the number is correct on the W-2 form (it could be wrong). If it is correct then when did they get the number ? If they got it just this past January to report the payroll the IRS may not have them in the system yet and your only option will be to paper file the return and attach a copy of the W-2 to the return.
