I have the transcripts from the Irs that my Tax expert asked me to get, now how do I send to him

That up to you and your "tax expert". The obvious answer is put then in an envelope and mail them (it is not safe to e-mail because e-mail is not secure unless you first encrypt the tax documents with a secure password that only you and the receiver know.).
