Question

I have to mail in checks to the IRS for owed taxes from filling. There are multiple forms to send back. I’m a little confused as to which ones need to be sent in.

TurboTax Deluxe Online

If you e-filed your return, the only form you will send in with your payment is the 1040-V which is the voucher. It will have you name, address and SSN on it along with the tax year. Be sure to include your SSN and tax year on your check as well so it gets properly applied to your account.

If there are other forms, TurboTax should tell you what you need to send in on the instruction page.
