I have tried to send in my federal return twice now, both via mail. Could someone change my federal tax report to electronic please

You are the only one who can do that. You would do it by opening your return in your account and going to the File section and choosing the efile option. 

The IRS warns against efiling a return that has already been mailed. When the IRS gets the two or in your case 3 tax returns, it just confuses things with the IRS slowing the processing down while they sort through each return to see what if anything is different among them. The advice nearly everyone on this site will give you is to not efile a return that has already been maile.

The IRS is taking a long time to process returns but they will process the mailed returns in the order they received them.
