Question

I have two 1099s from companies that I did work for. The income is already included in the self employment that I imported from QB, do I still need to enter the 1099 in?

No, if you enter the 1099s, your income will be overreported.   Double check and make sure the income successfully imported from Quickbooks to your Self-Employment Schedule C.   If it did, just keep the documents with your tax records.
