Question

I have two accounts with turbo tax because I initially lost login info. I input same info on both and child tax credit differs by $1500 between the two. Why?

You entered something differently on one or the results would be the same.  Look over them very carefully.

Check the child's date of birth.  Has to be UNDER 17 on Dec 31, 2019 to get the Child Tax Credit.
