I have two last name, but I only put one last name on tax return, is there any way to fix it?

If you have already filed and your tax return has been accepted by the IRS, then you do not need to do anything. The IRS matches your SSN with the first four letters of your last name only.

Just make sure to enter both last names on your next tax return.
