Question

I have two separate states to file for 2019. One must be filed by mail, but is not possible to select to download. How can I save the one I am supposed to send by mail?

How can I save and submit my mail-in return? It doesn't appear in the options for downloading when I get to the end, but the e-file ones do. It doesn't let me select this state to e-file since I have never filed in that state before.

Before you file you will be given an opportunity to print your returns, either on paper or as a PDF.

Just print out your state return and mail it to the state.

If you select file by mail for your state return TurboTax will print out filing instructions, including what to include with your return, and where to send it.
