A tax return must be filed for each tax year with the W-2 for that tax year entered on the tax return for that year. To use TurboTax, you would have to buy, download and install on your computer the program for each year. Here is a link to buy them: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Prior year tax returns cannot be efiled. You must print and mail each of them yourself. TurboTax does not mail them for you. You should mail each tax return in separate envelopes.

If you only have W-2s to enter, you should go to the IRS web site and download the forms for each year and enter the tax information by hand. There are instructions for each year to help you enter things correctly. Here is a link to find and download the forms: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/prior-year

The tax forms are very different from 2017 to 2018 so you may need instructions for both years. In 2017 there were 3 different types of form 1040s. You could probably use the 1040EZ although there is no problem entering your information on the 1040. For 2018, there is only one type of 1040.
