I have withheld federal income tax ( box 4) on my 1099div where do i enter it

On the entry screen for typing in the amounts from your 1099DIV form, select the box marked "My form has info in more than one of these boxes." The screen will then expand and boxes 2b through 12 will appear on the screen. See the sample screenshots attached. Once the screen expands you will be able to enter the amount in box 4 for your 1099DIV form.
